Dumpster fire of a company, my mother purchased a door from this company a couple years ago. First, they come and install two different colored doors (after a 9+ month wait), another 9+ month wait they come and install a color match door. Well, this door was welded by a moron, as it leaked. This leaking caused the door to begin to rust, which then ran into the hardwood floor staining them. At this time (over a year ago) the company promised they would order another door to replace the broken and leaking one. Much to our dismay, we found out recently that this door was never ordered. They then scheduled someone to come out and take measurements, this person was set to arrive at 9:30AM a few days ago, and they never showed up. Complete no-call/no-show. EntryPoint is a dumpster fire of a company plagued with both incompetence and a lack of skill. The welds on a door that cost upwards of $10,000 looks like they were done with a stick welder hooked up to a car battery. Stay FAR away from EntryPoint.

Horrible support in handling a production issue. The Georgia team is very rude and doesn't own the problem. The office managers interaction with me contained every negative description you can think of. The company has yet to adjust the doors to function without issue. Horrible customer service post payment. I'd suggest you keep looking before you SETTLE for this company. As I am confident you will see their review of mine will be no different that every other one on here. I bet they won't take responsibility for mistakes they make. WARNING: do your research before you use them. My suggestion is DONT!!!! again, in there soon to post review you will see they clearly don't own the issue caused! The attitude you see now is exactly the attitude you will get post contract and deposit. That has EVERYTHING to do with their business!
Response from EntryPoint Doors and Windows of Atlanta
"Our team works very hard to have the very best service and products available. Your issue with us unfortunately has nothing to do with either of those items of service or product issue. You ordered a door system that we installed with everything you wanted which included having the non active door on a front double door system bored for hardware which you even provided the new hardware. After it was installed and looks great you decided you didn't like the extra hardware wanted us to remove the non active door with a new door that did not have a set up for hardware, there is no way to do this as your door was prefinished in the shop and the only way this could be changed would be to order a new door slab and not something that we would be covering on the cost. Our partners at the large box store and their management team agreed with us as well that we did everything we said we would do from the contract. Again we strive to be the best and we will make mistakes at times but when we do we will always get them handled, but in this case we did not make any mistakes. I do ask anyone reading this to please do your research and read our reviews with 100's of 5 stars on google, guild quality, angie's list, we would not be where we are today with the team we have today without our 10's of thousands of happy customers."

This Door company is very prices, but you get what you pay for. My wife ordered a custom door in November 2021. A technician name Johnney (who I must say did a great job installing the door) install my door on 5-20-22 when it came in. The door looks great, and it was installed with perfection, however one of the door handles was smaller than the other. Johnney did his job and noted it on the returning documents. My wife received an email from them stated it will take 6-8 week for one to come in. I am so disappointed with that response. After waiting 6 month and paying $7934.00. That is the wrong answer for just a door handle. That the only reason I did not give them five stars. The job isn't completed until I get the correct door handle, and according to EntryPoint I need to wait 8 more weeks. If someone would have done their job or would do their job, this situation would have been avoided and would be rectified in a timely manner. A door handled is a standard part. It's no way I should have to wait that long to get a door handle.

More than 2 years ago this company was hired to install a sliding glass door in my home. They did not install properly and left a gap of more than an inch open to the outside all the way down the door. They also forgot the door and said they would bring it next time. Each time they were called they have given excuses of parts delays, service people not available and etc. they have give a “few days” excuses for over 2 years!! Unprofessional and unethical.

We ordered iron front doors. ( you can design them yourself) It took a long time to get ( 4 months) but they come from overseas. They all are a pleasure to work with. My install guy was also great . Because we're going to install the glass after all the construction is done, (plastic covers it now), he offered to return just to put in the glass.( Move in date is soon but i won't call to bother him.) I would highly recommend them. The door is BEAUTIFUL.

Excellent, the installer who came to our house was meticulous he took his time to make sure everything was perfect. We have no complaints, he was very good. We shopped around and the price was middle of the range but for the variety of their selection and the quality of their work we feel it was well worth it.

Installers were very professional, really knew their stuff. They had my new entry door installed in no time. One of the installers even took the time to fix the jam and casing of my backdoor that had been giving me problems for years. I thought it would need replacing too but they fixed it as good as new and said it should give me a few more years. During the install, my little terrier, got loose and one of the gentlemen even chased him half way down the street for me. Praise Jesus, I don't know what I would have done if I had lost lil Scruffy.

When I initially reached out, the person that I spoke to was incredibly helpful. However, the person that I was handed off to, I suppose the sales person, was a different story. I have not had a single one of my phone calls returned. She does reply to my emails but only when I copy the initial contact on the email. They came to install the new glass but it had the wrong grid type in it. Flash forward three weeks and I still don't have my door nor have I heard ANYTHING from the company. I did call them last week to see when I could expect the work to be completed and was told the glass should be in this week and be installed next week but since I have not heard anything (it is Thursday), I have no idea. I found that when I originally had my door installed it was a similar experience. Once they had my business, I had to call them if I wanted any information or update. Their doors are beautiful and high quality, prices are reasonable, but customer service is seriously lacking.
Response from EntryPoint Doors and Windows of Atlanta
"[Member Name Removed], I wanted to reach out to you, and see if I could clear anything up for you as from what I know we brought out a new glass fairly quickly for your shattered glass replacement and we just used the photo to bring out the item as quickly as possible. When we arrived we agreed it was not the contoured grill design you had originally. This glass is not a stock item for us like the standard grid style that we brought out. Unfortunately since the last time that we were out our local warehouse for our glass was moved to Valdosta and no longer in Norcross. This has increased our glass lead times to closer to 4-5 weeks for installation as we can no longer just go and pick it up. I do apologize for any shortcomings in the communication of this. We always try to get to emergency issues as quickly as possible, for you inconvenience we will be taking 50% off the balance of the replacement glass. Brett Butler"

They were prompt when they came out to give us an estimate.  They had several options to choose from and were willing to price out a few so that I could make a decision.  They followed up with me without hounding me.  When they came and installed the door it was beautiful.  The transom wasn't the correct pattern and the back door was not the right measurements but they immediately realized it was their error and installed what they could.  They had to come back to install the remaining items but did so with very little hassle.  I have come to realize that often when you do home improvements something tends to go wrong.  I was more than pleased with how they handled the situation and fixed the issue.

First, Brett Butler (the salesman) was delightful.  Brett took a picture of the front of our house and was able to show me before-and-after pictures of a few designs that I was interested in.  For such a big purchase, it was great to be able to really see what the doors would actually look like on our house.

After ordering, the front office kept me up to date while we waited for the doors to be constructed.  It took about four weeks, but the doors were custom made so the wait was understandable.

Two very polite and professional gentlemen arrived this morning and they worked on the door installation all day (about 5 hours).  This was definitely not a rush job -- they took great care to do it right.  They cleaned up after themselves very nicely, including vacuuming up all dust and the complete haul away of my old door.  They also made sure that my front door alarm was still connected.

I went with Victorian bronze hardware.  I provided the handle and lock and they provided the hinges and pull down/up bolts that hold the second door in place.  I went with at very dark blackish-brown stain (as recommended to me by Brett Butler).  I wanted something that looks black from a distance but up close shows the grain of the wood.  It's just perfect.

The transformation from my old door to my new doors is hard to do justice in words.  Our old metal single door was dented a bit and the paint was faded and dull.  Our new doors are absolutely beautiful.  My only regret is that I took so long to finally get this done.  What a phenomenal change!!  Plus, they are gorgeous from the outside of course but I didn't quite appreciate how amazing they would look from the inside.  The sparkle of the beveled glass panels and the look of the mahogany is like adding a beautiful new piece of furniture to your foyer!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I'm also hardly ever blown away like this with service and quality that I just had to share.  If you're on the fence about getting new front doors like I have been for several years, just do it.  You won't be disappointed!

They suggested the hardware and material for the door.  Excellent work was done and we could not be more pleased. We will use them again for other doors.

Excellent service.  Part of the quote was to also fix some rotten wood around the entry with composite, but the tech that came to the house to install the door said it could not be replaced with composite.  The owner called me immediately after the install and told me he would come back and fix the trim.  It took a couple of weeks due to rain, but he came back and fixed my trim with composite and did not even charge me!  Would definitely use again!  My front entry looks great!
