Emanual Matasaru

This was the worst experience I have ever gone through as a homeowner. I would like to seriously warn anyone that uses this gentleman. Day one, he never shows. Day two, he showed extremely late. Day three, he shows up, gathers all of his things and quits. He says to me, " I have bigger prorites and a job where I can make a lot more money! You will have to have someone finish the job and consider what I have done as a gift" I plead with him to please stay and finish the job and he says "You can call me later" As it turns out my mother "annoyed" him and that was another reason why he was quitting. So a week later, me paying another company to finish his job. I recieve a text from Mr. Emanual Matasaru saying that he is suing me. He would like me to pay him for the job that I had to pay someone else to finish after he quit. I think this very wrong in many ways. He quit and said I would have to find someone else to finish. How can you judege how much your owe someone when they didn't complete a job and leave you high and dry. Please be warned.
