Electric Plus provided a similar door to the original. Replacement work was performed efficiently. I would definitely call Electric Plus for any future garage door needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were sent out as part of my Home Warranty Service. Jeff did a great job, he was very professional and spent a great deal of time explaining my options to replace the fan. I would not only use them again through my Home Warranty Plan, but if I ever need electrical work outside of the plan in the future I will be sure to call Jeff and Electric Plus.

Overall experience went very well. It was initiated through my home warranty company. Part of repair was covered through warranty (gear, but not the balancing). Only part that would be nice was if they offerred smaller windows for appointments. For example the lady first asked about an appointment between 10 to 5 on a Tuesday, which is a large window on a work day. However, when I asked about a shorter window on a different day they were able to make it work which I appreciate it. Arrived during window with a call given before arrival. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable.

Was told that chains needed to be oiled periodically but was then asked by repairman if he could borrow my WD40 to oil it down. Hello don't you think that a garage door repair person would have this on his truck?? Just find this very strange.

He is very knowledgeable at what he does. He is fast and does quality work. Jeff Wheeler provides great customer service.

I had sent an email requesting a time frame for the evaluation, was called an hour before and Jeff, the technician/electrician arrived exactly on time. He proceeded to listen to my noisy door, decided that it needed a good balancing, some lubrication on all wheels. I had decided to have him balance it at a cost of $99.00, and after telling me what lubrication product I could buy, I decided to lube it myself. Jeff balanced the door, went ahead and lubed it himself, saw several screws missing, had some on his truck, put those in. He still was not satisfied, so he check the motor, adjusted the height, it had not been done properly, adjusted the bar, it too was not as it should have been. Jeff did not charge me anymore than the $99 quoted. He said he can't stand it when things are not correct! I appreciated his educating me on how to help maintain my 2 year old garage door. Excellent! And this was well after 6 p.m. on a Friday.

We received his name from another company after that company proved unable to install the door. Did a really good job with the installation. He addressed my concerns immediately and even correct problems from the first company.
