HORRIBLE JOB, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIAERS!!! These people are very unprofessional. They messed up our order and installed a wrong shower that looks like it belong to 80s and must be discontinued. When we pointed them to this issue they agreed that they were wrong and offered the replacement to the one we ordered and paid for. Several months later they figured out that they can't install a new frameless shower that we ordered because they cracked the tiles and they would be visible. So they offered to fix the holes from old installation. The company that fixes the holes that was supposed to come/and was agreed with called us saying that the glass shower company refused to pay for their work. After calling back and forth the Echols Glass Company was complitely rude to us and told us they are not going to fix anything and agreed on refunding the money. NOW we don't have a shower, AND we have damaged tiles in the unit and have to find people to fix and reinsall new shower doors. Almost 4 months later we are at the same or even lower level of renovation process. Be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!! Red FLAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire staff was professional and the process went off without a glitch. I'm impressed with how beautiful the doors are and the difference it made in the bathroom.

Took more then a month to get the shower panel delivered and installed. To our surprise they only put one clip to hold the entire glass panel in place, we asked them to correct the situation for safety and they have not responded, its been several weeks. I have since obtained estimates to install it properly and it will cost an additional $400 to add a couple of extra clips. Hard to believe they would install a very heavy piece of glass 4'x6' with only one small clip on the wall and silicon on the floor holding it in place. The other vendors that came out to inspect the install said they had several other customers who installs have failed, none of them install with a single clip.

Vendor was punctual, professional and delivered as expected.

Installation of shower enclosure went fine. The mirrors over the vanities were not measured correctly the first time and one of the mirrors was broken the second time.
The billing was messed up with duplicate billing  because they had to remake the mirrors and had to return to do the installation.

They were excellent.  Roger came out and measured the door this time.  Their price was excellent and the door looks beautiful.  This was a shower door in a basement bathroom.  We also had them install a frameless glass shower door in our master when we remodeled that about 2 years ago.  It too is beautiful.  I also have to give a shout out to Shelby in the front office because she is always great to work with.
We are very happy customers.

Echols Glass was very competitive with their pricing. I chose them because my tile contractor recommended them. Although there were a few hitches getting the shower glass in due to them breaking it or being slightly off in measuring, I appreciated their professionalism and their determination to get the job done right. I would gladly use them again.

This was a little weird. We bought the shower door at Home Depot Expo and also purchased installation which was to be provided by Echols. We called and called to Echols and sometimes talked to people and sometimes left voice mail messages but could not get an installation appointment scheduled and usually never got a call back. After about two weeks, as I was searching Angie's List for another installer, a person from Echols called and wanted to schedule the installation. I was hesitant, but agreed. The guys showed up on time and did an excellent job.

IT WAS POOR. THE GUY CAME OUT AND GAVE US A QUOTE, AND THEN WE HAD TROUBLE GETTING THEM OUT TO DO THE WORK. WHEN THEY DID COME THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG PANES. THEY DID NOT WANT TO ADMIT A MISTAKE, BUT THEY WERE VERY DEFENSIVE ABOUT ADMITTING THEY MADE A MISTAKE. IT TOOK EIGHT OR NINE MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE ABOUT THE WHOLE THING.

CAME OUT PROMPTLY, GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND TIME LINE FOR ORDER AND INSTALLATION. SERVICE MEN WERE VERY POLITE AND ON TIME. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS GETTING THE OFFICE PERSONNEL TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT QUESTIONS REGARDING DELIVERY AND INSTALL.

THE TECH THAT FIRST CAME OUT MISUNDERSTOOD MY REQUEST. HE CHANGED OUT GOOD GLASS INSTEAD OF THE FOGGED GLASS. HE LEFT WITHOUT CHECKING WITH ME. I'VE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THEM TO COME BACK OUT. THEY FINALLY CAME BACK OUT AND MADE IT RIGHT. THAT WAS FINE. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US THE DIFFERENCE. NOW WE HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE PANES THEY HAVE REPLACED, WATER IS LEAKING IN. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE OWNER. I CALLED AGAIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER. I PUT IN A WORK ORDER SINCE IT WAS UNDER A WARRANTY. I ALSO STARTED NOTICING THAT ONE OF THE PANES WAS GETTING FOGGY. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK ABOUT THE WORK ORDER. I CALLED AGAIN AND PUT IN ANOTHER WORK ORDER AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I FINALLY SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AGAIN AND HE WAS RUDE. HE TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER LADY AND GAVE ANOTHER REPORT.
