Went to location on lunch break for oil change and basic wash. Was able to pull right up to oil change bay and was asked about services I would like to receive. Was not pushed by mechanic to have more services/he did not try to upsale. Got out of car just outside of oil bay and left keys with mechanic, who said I could wait in the lobby until the car was completely done, oil and wash. I like the fact that I didn't have to pull the car (a 1987 Buick Riviera) into the oil bay and have to line it up myself. Lobby was comfortable and did not feel like I was rushed or pushed into an upsale situation.

Great! The oil was changed and fluids topped off within ten minutes. Then our car was Washed inside and out within fifteen minutes. The customer service is excellent. We go there regularly.
