This became a major project for not only the family room but the entire main floor. Daniel and his crew removed and replaced 100 sq. feet of hardwood flooring from the family room due to water damage. Because the main floor (1500 sq. feet) does not have any doors (except the bath) the insurance company stated that the entire level would have all the flooring completely refinished.
Daniel and his crew removed 100 sq. ft. of red oak flooring and replaced it with the same type of wood. Daniel wanted to leave the (new wood) in place for one week to season. I agreed as this is considered one of the top Best Practice for installing new hardwood flooring. 
Daniel and his crew returned in a week and removed 5 rooms of furniture, including all the blinds, to the garage. They also covered all the kitchen cabinets, built in book shelves, etc. with plastic. After much discussion with Daniel, we decided to use oil base and not water base. We used oil on the current flooring and decided to stay with oil again. Water or oil is a critical discussion to have with your flooring vendor as they both have their advantages and water technology has really improved in the last decade but only use the high end water product.
Daniel in extremely knowledgeable of all wood flooring and the the types of stains and poly. My wife and I can not say enough about the finished product. The first time we had the carpet removed and hardwood installed the job was also very well done but Daniel and his crew exceeded our expectations. The furniture was put back in place and the entire first level was cleaned as well as new shoe molding installed in all the areas. 
Daniel is a true pro at his craft and is great to work with. We will use Daniel to do the same great job on the top floor and the terrace level this Fall.

Our  floors were badly in need of a refinishing. Daniel and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job! They moved furniture, hung plastic barriers and cleaned up thoroughly each day. The floors were sanded down to bare wood, new stain applied followed by 3 coats of water based poly. The project took 3-1/2 days - we stayed in our home the entire time. Our refinished floors, stairs and handrails look amazing! There was only the lightest layer of dust at the end - virtually no cleanup required. We would definitely use Daniel for any future flooring projects and will highly recommend him to others.

It was all good--Daniel was easy to work with, was very professional. We were very pleased with his work, would definitely use him again.

Daniel helped match the wood floor stain color to my existing hardwoods.  He was able to start very quickly after the wood arrived.  Installation was completed in 1 day, everything was cleaned up and furniture moved back into place.

Daniel had scheduled our work for the afternoon after finishing his previous job. He promptly called when he knew he would be delayed by an hour or two. He arrived when he said he would and began work promptly. He and his assistant were professional and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving our home with a lovely new floor and no mess. We will happily use him again and refer him to friends.

I meet Daniel over the weekend to discuss what I wanted. He worked me into his schedule on Sunday and after taking measurements, I got an estimate in less than 2 days with samples of some color choices.
Daniel work was fantastic and his crew was fast and professional, the entire first floor of my home was finished in two days including the staircase. The crew moved furniture that I could not move and worked around my packed boxes.
I cant sing his praises enough when it comes to my new stairs. He thought at first, i could save money and stain them because the stairs were wood underneath. But after the carpet was gone we could see how bad the entire structure was. Daniel built new risers for 13 stairs, then he installed the hardwoods on each step with metal threads for each step. They it look awesome.
I actually have new stairs a vast improvement over what I had before. He did not take shortcuts on the quality on the entire job and I am very happy.

Daniel did an excellent job! Our floors had many stains on them due to the previous owners animals. He took his time and the floors look amazing. I never would have thought that the stains would have come out, but Thanks to Daniel's hard work they did. We will definitely use him for all of our future flooring needs and will highly recommend him to others.

We purchased the material ourselves and Daniel's Flooring provided the labor. They were very polite, efficient and they moved the refrigerator and the washer, drier and helped me move bigger pieces of furniture that was there. They were very helpful and did a good job.

We were closiing on a house and knew we needed to do something with the wood flooring on the main floor. There had been water damage and some significant gaps in some of the wood boards. There was quite a bit of "cupping" or "waving" throughout the floors as well. I called Daniel on Thursday morning after we closed late the evening before, and asked him if he could stop by and provide advice for the flooring, initially we weren't sure if the wood flooring would need to be replaced, repaired, or simply refinished. He said was able to come by with a half hour notice around 4pm that afternoon. He called at 4 and sure enough arrived about a half hour later. He walked around and decided the boards could be refinished, they didn't need to be replaced. We chatted a while as he described what he does, what options we had for the job, and he put together an estimate and a timeframe while with us. Since we had a move in date scheduled, he worked with us to make sure the job would be able to be completed in the appropriate time. We accepted his proposal and agreed that he would call us the next day to let us know for sure what day he could start, as he was just finishing up with another job and wasn't sure if additional work would be requested, as is often the case. He was willing to consider a Sunday start date, but we ultimately settled on him starting on Monday. First thing Monday morning, he asked me to stop by and choose the stain, he gave me the option to come by anytime before noon. I stopped in my way in to work about 9:30 and made my choice, with his assistance is adding the polyeurathane to really see how it would turn out. We agreed to a stain color with 3 coats of the poly and a satin finish. He estimated the job would take 3-4 days to finish. As I am writing this, it is day 4. He was finished with his work yesterday, but today was needed to allow the floors to continue curing, a "no shoes on the wood" day. The appearance of the floors have far exceeded my expectations! I could not be more happy with the results of his work (he did have another guy with him the first day). I stopped in at a couple of different times without notice and I was very pleasantly surprised at their workmanship and cleanliness. They had one very specific work area with their materials, and it was kept very clean and contained. Daniel gave us the option to remove a sink and toilet ourselves or he could do it for a small charge for his troubles-if you have ever removed a toilet, you would understand! Daniel took the time to get to know us a little and he approached the project and us accordingly. We felt very comfortable with Daniel. Daniel coordinated with us each day how things were going, what he was doing when he left, etc. The house was vacant so we had given him an access code for the garage so he could work without too much supervision. He has told us many times that if we see something later that we might want him to address, give him a call and he would be right over. I definitely recommend Daniel and his crew to refinish your wood floors. (Be prepared for a lot of stinky smells with the poly!)

Excellent. Daniel is a perfectionist and he did an excellent job matching the wood in my dining room with the wood in my foyer. It looks beautiful!

We are overwhelmingly pleased! Daniel and Mike tackled every single floor in this house and replaced nearly 3,000 sq feet of with bamboo and tile flooring. We have recently relocated to the Atlanta area from Seattle and to complicate the mo, my husband bought a major home improvement project. . They replaced complicated stair treads, refinished existing oak flooring, installed nearly 2,000 square feet of new bamboo flooring, removed old linoleum and tile and installed new tile in all four bathrooms, showers and floors. We could not be happier with their quality of workmanship, promptness, reliability, professionalism and speed of their work. Many days they were the only ones here as my husband had to be at the office and I was still in Seattle. Daniel was fast, efficient, careful with the house and followed through on everything. His communication was terrific and we used his judgment a lot. Everything about their business says "quality", but he beat all my other bids too. Daniel returned calls very promptly, even with a major time zone difference and he knows the hardwood business inside and out. His partner Mike is the tile expert and they truly complement each other. On top of all that, they are very nice, good people who enjoy their work and their workmanship. We still have a basement bath to do, so will be calling and seeing them again very soon. I look forward to having them back, seeing them again and to finally completing this place!

They did a good job. The cost was less. The people were really good. The flooring work was done very nicely. The guy was very polite and very flexible. It is a mahogany wooden floor and it gets cracks in the flooring. Other than that, they did a good job. The only negative I have is that he didn't haul away the trash. It would have been nice, if he had done that. The price was competitive. He showed up on time. He was very professional; but he didn't have an invoice.
