Great! Aside from the tree being gone, there was hardly any evidence that anyone had been there.

Went perfectly. Professional and safe.

Rain was forecast for the day, I didn't think they would come. The trucks arrived while I was walking my dog and I was shocked! It took about 2 hours! They were very diligent. Love this company! A few days later the tree grinder came and that was it! Painless and a great job! Thank you Cowart and Kelly for going above and beyond. Great work and very, very professional!

Kelly was immmediately responsive to my needs to have a tree removed, 2 large rootballs ground and 2 stumps ground. I called 11 tree companies, received 5 visits, 3 bids. Kelly was the 1st one to visit. Tree people were very well trained, experienced, uniformed and very safety conscious. Even when the final 8' of the tree trunk came down they had it cushioned by 2 other trunks on the ground to avoid damaging the yard. Stump grinders were very professional and did their job professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would certainly hire them again.

Great!  Extremely responsive, did exactly what they said they would do.

The work was performed well and they came when they said they would.  As much as I liked the completed work, I liked more the promptness they came after I called to have them give me an estimate.  They came within a couple of days and scheduled the work a couple of days later.  I've had some other work done (not tree removal) by other companies who tell you they'll come and don't, not even having the courtesy to call and say they can't make it.  Also, with some other companies I call and get a voice mail saying they will return call as soon as possible, but don't.  So dealing with Cowart Tree Experts was a great experience.  I'm glad some companies still believe in keeping their word and showing courtesy to the customer.  Just wish other companies would do the same!

Tree removal crew showed up on time and went to work. The day was hot, but the kept on working. The men removed several (4-5) tall pines, one of which was close to the house. The tall pines needed to be limbed and tops removed before cutting down. The crew worked hard and fast. It has been a long time since I have seen four men work as hard as this crew did. I was very impressed. The next day another crew came and removed the remaining wood. On the fourth day the stump grinders came in and finished the job. The crew members I had contact with were polite and courteous. I am very well satisfied from start to finish.

Tree removal, excellent job, better service than expected. The team was hard working, very skilled, we could not be happier. Carters will get referred to friends and called for more work again in the future for sure. 

They are very well-known and everybody likes them. They seem to know what they were doing and I'm sure their prices were good or we wouldn't have accepted them. And they were on time and they came quickly when we needed them.

They are excellent. The technician came out promptly and gave me a written estimate of exactly what they would do. I accepted it and it only took a few days before they came out. They had a lot of heavy equipment and had good workers. I thought they did a really good job. 

Cowart arrived on time and completed all of the work, with the exception of stump grinding, in one day. Everything was as promised. The only negative I had was the work was not low impact. Twenty foot, or larger sections were dropped from each tree to the ground. When approximately  40 feet of tree was left, it was dropped. Major ruts were in my yard. I would have been upset, except I had some major landscaping to follow. The stump grinder came the next day. About a week later, I discovered one of the stumps was not ground adequately. Cowart promptly returned and ground the stump to my satisfaction.

I have used Cowart several times now and they do very good work.  The men are professionals and do very safe work, they provide a insurance liability certificate.  I first used them when they were recommended by my landscaper, but since then I have had them clean up the trees other times.  This time they removed a dead pine tree in my front yard, ground the stump and removed all debris from the stump grinding.  The work was done on schedule and was done properly.  They brought some plywood to protect the grass from dropping the large portions of the tree and that helped quite a bit to reduce damage. 

My only complaint is that they sub out the stump grinding and that can add a few days to the work.  However, the salesman found a contractor to get it done promptly and professionally.  So overall, that is just an annoyance.

They came out just a couple of days after we hired them and quickly took down the trees and ground them up into mulch in the back of a big disposal truck. I asked if they would rearrange a few leaves that were scuffled in the process in the nearby woods.They were curteous and did that leaving my yard looking fine.

Cowart's Tree Removal did an excellent job cutting down the trees in my front yard. They were very professional and extremely fast cutting down the trees.  They cleaned all the leaves, pine cones, and used blowers to clean the rest. They were all very professional and I will recommend and use them in the future. They get 5 stars!!! Thanks Tom!!

Took them about 10 days to schedule me after I called them twice, but I had a relatively small job, so it's understandable. An earlier appointment made them late for my appointment, but they called and arrived at precisely the second time we agreed. Focused and professional. Their quote was better than my other four estimates by at least $150!

They came and did the work while no one was home and then they left a note letting us know that they had been there. Everything was done and cleaned up nicely before they left. I would recommend them to others.

WORKED QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND LEFT A CLEAN AREA.

THE WORKERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WHEN OUR FENCE WAS INADVERTENTLY DAMAGED, THE MANAGER PERSONALLY CAME TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE AND MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED.
