It ended up that we needed a new blower motor, which he installed for us that afternoon. He even checked into the warranty for us, which allowed us to save a significant amount of money since the part was covered. Since the unit was already installed when we bought our house 2 years ago, it didn't even occur to me to check the warranty so I really appreciated Michael taking the initiative to look into that for us.
Overall, I was very comfortable with Michael and the work he performed. I would call him again without hesitation the next time we have any issues.
