I called CertaPro corporate customer service this morning to see what options I have in resolving this. I went through the entire situation with a customer service representative and was told it may take one week for someone from corporate to contact me about this. Really?????
One more thing: I had used this company before and was satisfied with their work. I actually paid more to have them do this work because of previous experience. Lessen learned.

Also all workers were professional, courteous, and extremely conscientious in their work.

the boxes had to be stored in garage and basement. I do give Byron credit for coming out though and putting additional crews on to try and get finished as quickly as possible. He was very nice in handling it, as was the on-site manager, but it should never have gotten to the point that I had to repeatedly call and complain about getting the work done.
As we get stuff put away and can actually spend time looking at the work (as opposed to the quick walkthrough when he was finished), I am disappointed. Hardened paint drips on both walls and baseboards, spots where old paint still showing through (clearly needs another coat), one window that wasn?t painted at all, etc. In their defense, I am sure if we called and complained they would come back out and fix everything, but we are sort of sick of playing that card and frankly just don?t want painters in the house any more. Rather just pay the invoice and move on. With all the issues we had with the crew assigned it is disappointing that nobody followed up after the job was over to come and look at the quality. It was a big job and there were lots of things done very well, but unfortunately the other stuff leaves such a bad taste in my mouth that I can?t recommend their services.
