They were very thorough and created additional plats.
They did a complete survey and created additional plats because there were some new fencing up. They marked the property line relative to the new fencing. They know the law.
Felt the price was more than fair. Would hire again .
I called several companies. They were the most competitive but it was not just the price as it was only $100.00 from another one. They were very responsive. I called and spoke with Ray Larson. He went through everything that they would do and the time frame. It is cool as most all surveyors pull up your property from the county tax assessors office and they can quote you over the phone. Ray was very professional, he answered all of my questions and when I told him that I would think about it, he did not pressure me. I got busy and when he followed up with me, I decided to use them.
Both the guys that came out were very professional and courteous not only to me but when they had to walk in my neighbors yards. They were in contact with their office and decided to pull from further down the road to make sure that they were accurate - that impressed me. During this time, I had another question and Ray was very responsive and I appreciate that! He did not ignore me now that the work was done. They delivered an electronic copy and these 3 huge plat drawings - very nice. Now, I can record one at the county office. Folks - to me - surveys are very important as I had encroachments on my last 2 properties and these have to be resolved before you can sell or encumber your property as collateral.
Overall - very pleased. Price seems high but when you see all the work they do, you will understand. Also, a survey I had done at my previous home back in 2004 was 600.00 and I did not get the big plat drawings or the electronic copy so it was a very fair deal. I recommend this company!!!
