"Client had his own apple tv that is not working properly . So I just rebooted The Apple TV and it started working again, but I informed William that Apple TV might stop working due to its faultiness"

Nathan Silva was wonderful. He got an understanding of my situation and offered up ways to solve my problem that saved me money. He came on time, was respectful and professional in every way. The repair required a second visit and he offered to waive the cost of his initial call, which I refused. He's an experienced professional and he'll be my 'audio/visual guy' as long as he wants to be.

Nathan is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I work in IT, however due to disabilities I cannot run wire any longer. Nathan came in and was able to run the wiring as well as help me design for future projects here at the home office. Will definitely use him again!!!!
