ASAP Gutter Cleaning

Terrible. He, Tabice Walker the owner, agreed and promised to do a list of projects on my two story house, including cleaning and minor repairs to the gutters, pressure wash and stain 2d story deck and steps leading up to the deck, paint interior of house, paint exterior shutters, replace front door, and hang 3 ceiling chandelier lights, on 5/29/19. As of 7/1/19 he had not completed a single one of the projects on this list. He got leaves out of gutters, but didn't clean entire exterior gutters which still have green mold on the places where a ladder is required to get to in the back of the house, or do minor repairs. The top of deck was washed and stained, but the steps up to it were not repaired or stained, and left in worse shape, with two missing steps, 4 steps replaced with wrong size boards and railings not lined up. He had 2 carpenter guys out who apparently could not figure out how to repair the steps, and he had no idea how to do it himself. (The contractor I've since hired to do the steps told me that the boards for the steps are the wrong size and that the lumber I bought, per Tabice Walker's directions, is useless.) He then informed me the top of the deck was a "separate job" from the steps and asked for payment, promising he would be out the next few days to get the steps done, and which I made the mistake of doing, paying him $822. The deck without the steps to it on the 2d story is not functional or even legal. Meanwhile, the carpenter guy and Tabice could not get the front door repaired either, or ordered. When I went to Home Depot to follow up on their "order" for the door frame, I was told more precise measurements were needed than they too. On Saturday 6/30 he showed up to start the interior paint job on 6/30, bringing his brother and neighbor to help him. On that day, these 3 guys got one half of one room painted, leaving that room and 9 other rooms in my house still to be painted. They pulled down a couple cabinets, which I could have done myself with a friend helping, and 3 bead board panels in one of the bonus rooms and left those torn up cabinets and wall boards lying in my yard! He said he didn't "have his truck with him" and so had to come back with his truck. (I have since had to cut them up myself with a jig saw to get them in my trash.) At the end of that day (6/30) he required a deposit of $800 -- although had initially agreed that no payment would be due for any project until that project (on the list) was completed -- before he would agree to return on 7/1/19, Monday, at 9 am to complete any of this work, which he absolutely "promised" he would do, saying he had pushed back the job in Florida (finally) so he could do the work as he agreed to on 5/29. At 10:00 am on Monday 7/1 I got a text saying he had instead gone to work on a job in Florida on an "emergency" and was sending "some guy" over to finish all the work (that he had not been able to complete in a month) in the next 2-3 days, with him supervising from Florida. I was able to put a stop pay on the deposit fortunately. The whole time since agreeing to do my work on 5/29 he was going back down to work in Florida. He came out on Sat 6/30 with the 2 other guys (his brother and neighbor, supposedly a "carpenter" guy) after driving back from Florida the Friday night before, so tired he could barely do anything except stand around most of the day. I would not hire him again to do anything. He is not honest or competent. If you do, good luck, at least consider yourself warned.
