Excellent service. The owner came out as the other technicians were occupied. Gave me a fair quote over text when I sent pictures of the water heater that needed replacing. Was out to my house in 45 minutes with all parts and a new water heater. Explained the he process and the job which I accepted and got the whole job done in 2 hours. Right on target with time quoted. Others quoted me prices ranging from low (would not even cover the cost of the new water heater) to double the price.

Felix came right away to give a quote. He was prepared and explained everything he would do to complete the project. I will recommend him to friends!

He installed it the same day I contacted him, he was reasonably priced and he cleaned up and even took the water heater to the store for me (it was still under warranty). I was very pleased with his service and would hire him again for any of my plumbing projects.

I wouldn't even bother calling anyone else at this point. My first experience with Andes Plumbing was when Felix originally came after hours for an emergency repair and took the time to explain everything and did a clean, expert job without overcharging. I have since had him replace a water heater and sewage ejector pump. Couldn't be happier with Andes Plumbing.

What an amazing experience! I wish every home service was this easy or transparent. I was given accurate pricing, the work was completed on time and the job took exactly as long as expected.

Went to my basement to find my water heater had been leaking - soaked carpet, etc. Called a couple of plumbing companies. Felix (owner of Andes plumbing) not only provided a ballpark estimate over the phone (I sent him pics of the unit), his was the best price - by far.
