I have been in real estate investment, both residential and commercial, full time, for almost 20 years, and I have hired hundreds of vendors. John Baird, of Affordable Cooling, is the very best vendor I have ever hired, for anything. I wish all of my vendors were as good as he is. I have recommended him dozens of times, with rave reviews from those who were smart enough to hire him. You cannot go wrong with John. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
