Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning
He did a lousy job on the pressure washing. He painted the gutters with spray paint. They probably didn't need to be painted, they just needed a good cleaning. They look worse than they did before he started. He never came back to finish the work. He has an excuse every time I call him. There are now black marks all over my cement and green mold coming up. I paid him up front, and he had the audacity to send me a bill for painting that he never did.
