Moving
Navy move. We had no say in moving company selected. Jason, the estimator, set up and failed to show at two appointments to estimate services. Bad vibes from the start. On moving day there was a lack of packing materials, crates, and boxes. Guys had to buy tape from Wal-mart. We had to direct the caulking of the crates and insist on the security seals. My husband's Harley Davidson was supposed to have a custom-built crate, but at the end of the last packing day when no crate materialized, they wanted to just tie the custom bike onto the back of the truck. Items were dropped and smashed before they ever made it into the crates; a box of 101 DVDs went missing, the motorcycle wasn't assigned an inventory number and wasn't listed on the inventory lists they wanted signed, and it took the men until midnight on the last day, working in the dark without truck lights, to finish. Beware this company.
