They try to get you to do other services. Manafactuer recommend ect. I use them for oil change and tires. Just be aware they will try to get you to get more work done. Back in January this year they told me my battery was corroded bad and needs attention. I said you are out of your mind. I purchased a new battery on Sunday from them 6 day prior. I went on vacation with my daughter to North Carolina. Saturday I took my truck in for a oil change and was told about my battery. I replaced it my self also cleaned the terminals. Just watch out for scams.

This was the second shop I brought my vehicle to for diagnostic. The first shop I had look at my vehicle was asked specifically to inspect my brakes. They told me they could not pin point my problem and told me that they didn't know what the problem was. This shop told me that my rotors were warped which is a direct contradiction of what the first shop told me. I decided not to have this shop actually fix my car due to my disbelief. I took it to a third shop which had done my brakes before and my car was accurately diagnosed with having a faulty drive shaft. While I wish the cost of repair for the drive shaft was similar to the quote they gave I know my car was not accurately diagnosed.

I stopped and asked if I would have to wait long for an oil change. There were not many cars in the parking lot. Was advised it could be done quickly. I waited and it took about 45 minutes to complete the job.

Quick service and out the door to start vacation.
