Have been positive of Jerry in the past but no more after today. Could have and should have repaired it myself. I actually trouble shooted the problem and advised him what part to bring. He brought the part, replaced in 20 mins and charged $188. ($65 Svc charge + $65 labor + $44 part + tax) = $188. So effectively $140 labor charge for 20 mins). This guy has lost my future biz and the next 10 people that I tell this story.
