QUALITY HEATING & AIR COND INC

Overall this experience was completely a waste of my time. Quality Heating and air came out on a service call. They began to diagnose the system and before even checking the gauges to see how much freon was in the unit he hooks up a tank and begins to add more. After no change by adding the freon the guy checks the attic unit and stays up there all of ten minutes and then comes down, tells me that he doesn't have the right tools with him to check my system. What?? Your kidding me right? Anyway, he then tells me he will be back on monday after the weekend to finish diagnosing the system. The guy never shows and he never even calls. I still have not heard from this company again.Long story short he over-filled my unit by 8 pounds of freon which could severely impair or destroy the unit. He doesn't have a clue as to what might be wrong and he never follows up to finish his testing of the unit. Please save your self the trouble and do not call this company unless you are selling something to them. Checked on the State register and the business has no one working there with an HVAC license. What a shock. Thank goodness I didn't pay anything to this business.
