Description of Work: I called this company to come out and look at my A/C unit because it was not cooling. They were the first available to come out of the three company's that I called. The man that came began checking the unit and before doing anything he began to fill the freon level. He did not even test to see if it was low. Then he tells me he doesn't have a scale to see how much freon he put in the unit with him and that he would take a guess at the amount used. Next, when that did not correct the problem he tells me that he will have to come back after the weekend to try testing some different things to make a diagnosis of the problem. He never shows. No call no show, never heard from him again. I called another company to come out and they fixed the problem in no time. When the new company checked the freon level it was double the amount that should have been in the unit. Not only is this company unprofessional, they seem to know nothing about checking an AC unit. I looked them up online on some government sites an they have no licence to perform the work they are doing. Do not hire these people. They also put up a front that they install alarm systems under the name Alarm One. No one there has a low voltage license. These people are very unprofessional and unknowledgable. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
