I found them to be courteous, professional and exactly on time as scheduled. They removed the the old system, installed the the new system and removed all trash and left the area as neat and clean as it was before they arrived. A five star performance.

We needed to replace the air handler on our home air conditioner because it was leaking freon. Ponsells came out the next day and refilled the freon but said that it would not last long. They recommended that we replace the air handler but that we did not need to replace the outside compressor. They found an air handler that would be compatable with both old and new cooling systems. They did a very professional job.
