The previous owner's of this home were part-time residents and had allowed the home to become quite musty and mildewed in their absence.  Acting upon a friend's recommendation, I called Paul Davis for an estimate and James came out that same day.  He inspected the house with me, identifying the mildew problem areas and the sources of the musty odors.  The price for everything that was proposed was quite reasonable and the work took place a few days later.  Day one consisted of cleaning all the vents and duct work, followed by fogging of the house.  The following morning the carpeting was deep cleaned.  The home is 2700 square feet, has two AC systems, 14 vents, associated air handlers, and six rooms with carpeting. Our house now sparkles and smells fresh and clean.  The carpeting looks and smells like it's brand new and there is not a hint of mold or mildew anywhere.  We couldn't be more pleased.

My appointment was at 4:00. Paul Davis arrived at 3:45. They followed up with a phone call the next morning to make sure that we were pleased with their service. Excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Paul Davis was BEST! They did such a great job at my office I hired them to do my personal residence and my 2 rental properties. They do the best job on floors I have ever seen. Their people are very polite and do a great job. I have also refered them to a friend that had a water heater burst. Paul Davis was able to save my friends thousands of dollars and got them back to normal much faster than expected. Paul Daivis is the best in this town.

When the plumber told me the water heater burst, he suggested I call Paul Davis emergency services.
They came immediately and set up equipment to dry the flooring, they pulled up the hall flooring and part of the carpet that was saturated.
He came and checked every day to see progress of drying out the house. Very polite and professionally done.
Insurance paid for it.

I recently moved into a new house and my dryer didn't work. I contacted an appliance repair company, but after describing the situation, I was told it didn't sound like an appliance problem. It sounded like a vent problem and I was referred to Paul Davis. I made the appointment and a husband and wife team, Ken and Shelley Wheeler, should up and cleaned the vent. They were friendly, professional and shared vast amounts of information with us.
Unfortunately, my dryer was still not drying. I called Paul Davis back and Ken and Shelley were quick to return. After spending time studying the problem, a discovery was made. My dryer flange was not working! We removed it and my dryer started drying clothes again. I never would have thought something so easy would have made such a huge difference!
I will continue using Paul Davis in the future. I highly recommend them!

I have used Paul Davis Emergency Service on two different occasions. The first time was a simple upholstery cleaning for my sofas. I have 2 cats a dog and a 2 year old so they were pretty messy! Paul Davis came in and did a phenomenal job! They were on time, professional, and very respectful of my home and belongings. I will be using them in the near future for my dryer vents, tile floors, and my sofas again!The second time I called Paul Davis was when my husband attempted to fix a running toilet (he is NOT a plumber) that went a muck. We walked into the master bedroom at approximately 9:15PM to an inch of water on the floor. It covered the entire room. I immediately called Paul Davis and was greeted by Heather with a smile and very pleasant voice even at that hour. She was very sympathetic to my situation and assured me someone would be out shortly. Less than 20 minutes later there was a crew of 2 guys with wet vacs, de-humidifiers and other equipment. They had the water up and the equipment set in less than 30 minutes. This was a big deal to me as it was late at night and I have a 2 year old who was not a happy camper about this commotion late at night. Unfortunatly we were unable to same the flooring and Jim came out a week later to take a look at it. He was professional and empathetic as well. We made an appointmjent for his crew to come out and remove the old flooring. His crew showed up on time and ready to work. In less than 30 minutes they had the all the old flooring up and even disposed of it so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about Paul Davis, they rock and I will use them every time I have any issue from dirty sofas to (God forbid) fire damage. Excellant service! We scheduled services while still out of state for our new Brunswick, GA, home. Weeks before we arrived I got a call from Heather to make sure things were on schedule. She went above and beyond what would be expected - cleaning is there business but she gave me some great tips on things new residents need to know. It was like talking to a family member or long time friend. The day before the service the cleaning team arrived to get an accurate quote. Both were extremely professional, knowledgable and eager to get the job done. The next day they arrived on time and got the job done 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The carpets look great and I couldn't believe the filth in the vent. They worked around my 175 pound mastiff, grumpy old dog, and two year old son like real pros.
