The project was complete in two days. It went great.

His crew would either not show up for weeks (no exaggeration!) and when they did show up, the work was not too great. If Spencer (the owner) was going to be the one performing the work, I'd probably hire them again. If you are going to hire them, I'd find out who was going to be the person going to perform the work.
