 + -1 moreMr. Outlaw has studied my septic problems and suggested several alternatives to fix them, but he never and quot;pushesand quot; any particular solution just to make money. His charges are reasonable. Very good work, very friendly people - both Tommy Outlaw and his assistant, Bobby. They are responsive, courteous and professional.
Description of Work: Tommy and his assistant have performed several jobs for me. They have pumped out my septic tank a couple of times and performed some minor plumbing repairs inside the house.

 + -1 moreI have used Tommy for several different jobs, replacing water heater, replacing faucet and now the disposal. The old one froze. I called Tommy to replace the old one with a and quot;goodand quot; new one. The one he brought, he said, was expensive but a good one. He installed and repaired a leak in the other sink outlet. The new one is very quite - can hardly hear it running. It is worth the extra cost. Tommy does excellent work at a fair price on a timely basis.

 + -1 moreI was not satisfied with my previous plumber. Mr. Outlaw responding to an after-hours emergency call and came out on Christmas Eve. He and his assistant fixed the leak by replacing the faucet and gave me advice on treating the water damage. He had a quality selection of faucets on the truck, but offered to let me go purchase one of my choice (and he'd come back to install it later that day), if I didn't like those he had available. Very professional. Very thorough. Very nice.

 + 0 moreThe work was done quickly and thoroughly.
Description of Work: After experiencing a severe drain pipe back up to the kitchen sinks, Tommy and Bobby were out the next day. The blockage was a long distance from the kitchen lines but with persistance they were able to finally reach the blockage and thoroughly clean the lines till they ran clear passed the outside cleanout. They installed an additional cleanout inside the house and also installed a new garbage disposal we provided. The total time for two workers was well over 6 hours, so the price was very reasonable I thought.
