Mr. Electric of Brunswick Coast

It has always been great up until the last couple of times I used them. At that point I sought a different electrician.

We moved into a 12 year old home and gave a list of several issues to Mr. Electric that we wanted fixed (e.g. fixing outlets that did not work, repair doorbell, replace circuit breaker that kept tripping) and also several new jobs (move light fixures, install new light fixtures, put front porch on timer).
They did all of the above perfectly with one exception.  We wanted one additional recessed ceiling light in our living room.  They installed it fine but used a white metal backplate whereas all the other recessed ceiling lights in the living room and rest of the house use black metal backplates.  It stands out as odd.  The installer told use we could go to Lowe's and buy the correct one and switch it out easily ourselves.  I thought to myself, isn't this what I'm paying you guys to do?  Seems like they should have taken care to get that right or offered to fix it.  Other than that, they were really great and I will continue to use them.

The service tech was a little late but his paperwork had the wrong time on it.  He did call on his way over and once he arrived he was friendly and knowledgeable.  He was able to quickly replace the light fixtures and provide me with an estimate for future services.  I was pleased with the service provider and would definitely call them in the future.

They came promptly when called and took care of problems both times. The workers were very polite and explained what they were doing. I will be using them again.

I am absolutely thrilled with Mr. Electric. They are prompt, responsive, professional-- I just could not ask for better service at an excellent price.

this was a recall to fix a ceiling fixture they installed months ago. They came out and fixed/adjusted the fixture at no charge. This a very honest reputable company and I would use them again.

Hung a light fixture and checked other connections in a home we had recently purchased. Competent and friendly ... a good experience for us.

Whole home surge protection at a fixed price, no trip charge or estimate fee. Great install, professional technician.  I was offered quotes for ceiling fan and light fixture installs but didn't use them because the fixed price didn't change even though I had multiple fans and fixtures to install. I trusted their work so would use again for a small job.

Installed a surge protector on my fuse box but was VERY expensive. I have since learned I could have received same service/equipment for a lot less.

It went well. About 2 months ago they came out and they removed a lamp post from a patio for me. One technician came out and it took him about 30 minutes. He did a good job, he was quick and the price was reasonable. I would use them again and I found them off of Angie’s List.

They did a great job and we were very pleased. One technician came out and he ran new electric lines to feed hurricane shutters. They also did some other electrical work too. It took him about 3 hours to do the work. He was  professional. He actually delivered what the company promise and was very pleasant to work with. He also didn’t try to upsell us either. That was the firs time that we have used them and we would definitely use them again. We found them on Angie's List and  I was very impressed!

It was excellent and it went very well. He called me before he came out and was there within an hour; he showed up on time. I asked him to put in a timer for the flood lights and street lights. I was told that it would last longer and Mr. Electric of Tampa Bay put it in and it went perfectly. They had the right price. One technician came out to install the timer and he told me upfront what it was going to coast. He also tested it to make sure it worked correctly. It took about 2.5 hours; he also put it in a sealed box since it was placed outside. This box keeps the moister out and will last for about 15+ years.

Our son called them and arranged for the work to be done. They came out about 6 weeks ago. They did a great job. We had a dead circuit and they were able to repair that. One technician came out to do the work. They were a qualified vender who were able to come out and do with work that we requested. They were on time and exceeded all our expectation.
