First off, they say they don't come to pick mowers up. No problem.....I made the arrangements to have mine delivered. My belt had slipped off and I asked them to obviously fix the issue and to change the oil. I had to wait 10 days to get my mower. They apparently replaced the bolt (shoulder bolt it says) but upon the second time of using the mower, the belt pops off immediately so again, I cannot use the mower. I contact Home depot where I purchased the product, she tells me they'll come out to pick the mower up (see the first sentence) and it will another week or so before I have the mower back. I certainly won't use The Mower Shop by choice again and I certainly won't buy anymore Cub Cadet product's, especially from Home depot.
