Mike Murphy Kia of Brunswick

My mini van broke down and I needed a new car. They worked with me and I was able to get a really nice used 2010 Kia Sportage. I love it!!!! The sales staff were very nice and helpful and even though this was the first time that I ever bought a car by myself, They didn't treat me like I was stupid. They were very professional and made me feel right at home. They explained everything to me and I feel like I made the right choice going to Mike Murphy Kia.

Once you make an appointment, Mike Murphy Kia is top notch. The service is great, the prices are fair and reasonable and they get you in and out quickly. But I can never get anyone to answer the phone or return a call to actually make an appointment.

they did exactly what they were supposed to without trying to sell me additional services that I did not need. They were quick and professional.

The people at Mike Murphy Kia have always been great to work with. At times they drop the ball, but I have never not been able to get things going again in the right direction. My only disappointment this time was due to the service department not having the fluids on hand, although they new more than a week in advance that I wanted the fluids checked. The whole thing took nearly five hours due to having to wait to get the differential fluid.
If you want to provide outstanding customer service, you have to anticipate the customer's needs better, and have the product on hand.
