Very prompt and informative, called several times to inform me of the progress and status, and let me know as soon as it was done. That's not real common in this area.

Called them stating I thought my air conditioner needed to be replaced. They gave me an immediate appointment and
completed the job promptly. They checked the condition of my current air conditioner and thought a less expensive alternative i.e.
refrigerant might fix the problem.

IT went perfectly. They are easy to work with, professional, friendly, prompt, reasonably priced. Excellent experience evey time I use them.

I was greeted professionally and treated with respect throughout the time I was at the center. I am a woman and do not know a lot about cars but know the staff at this facility and believe that they are honest and care about customer safety and satisfaction. I was given several choices about what they could do for me. They made me aware of a dangerous problem that I did not know about and recommended that I take care of that first. Fortunately, I was able to make all of the needed repairs and am now driving a safe and well-functioning vehicle.

They were fast and efficient. The mechanics here have the highest certifications that you can have. I am planning on buying a used car within the next six months and plan to bring any possible purchases to them for an inspection. For $60 I can have a honest assessment of the cars value and know about any repairs needed or problems. Not knowing about cars myself, I'm glad to have this resource to help me keep from making a mistake when I purchase my next car.

I can't recommend them enough. Pleasant, competent, and the bathroom was clean!!
