The Lowe's employee in the Plumbing department (appropriately named Mr. Waters) helped me with the purchase of a new water heater. He asked questions to assure I got the correct type and size, then showed me the options to choose from. Since my home is about 10 years old, he informed me of the requirement to have an expansion tank added during the water heater installation. He also went to the plumbing section and picked out the proper hardware that I needed to complete the installation. He rolled everything to the checkout counter and then loaded it into my truck. I certainly appreciate the help that I received with this purchase.
