Jeff's crew showed up on time and they got right to work. About an hour into the "extra" project, it was discovered that the wiring from the existing unit was BACKWARD. (This unit had never worked although we had three different companies come "work" on it.) This was going to be a lot more work. Jeff came out to the house and talked to me about the issue. He explained that they were going to have to take the wall off in the finished "bonus room" downstairs to rerun the wire. The crew was great. They moved all the furniture out of the way so nothing would get messed up; and, when they were finished they moved everything back. The best part? Jeff honored the original quote - he did not charge me an extra penny for having to rewire!
