 + -1 moreIt went very well. Jim is very polite and definitely wants to ensure I was pleased with the job. He did a great job and the price was quite fair to me. He cleaned up after he was done and left everything ready to use. All done in a timely manner as he said it would be.
Description of Work: Jim performed some repairs on my screened enclosure. He replaced screen and added lattice to protect from future problems. Installed a fan on patio.

 + 1 moreJames Young is the owner. I would rate him highly. I have been using him for a couple of years; I use him all the time. I spent $419 the last time I used him. He does quality work. I will use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I use J Y Home Repair Inc. for home remodeling. The last time I used him was a few days ago. He moved a swing set that he had made for me. He generally does carpentry work.
