Disgusting auto shop this is. Huge scammers big time. The reviews on the page are fake money hungry animals. GOT MY SUV BACK LEAKING OIL EVERYWHERE THEY HAD A NERVE TO SAY I HAD 2 bad sensors AND I HAD A CRACK RADIATOR THEN AC COMPRESSOR WAS BAD ******* LIARS I HATE THEM CROOKED HUMAN BEINGS lied about DEGREASING MY ENGINE FROM WHAT THEY DID LIARS !!!!!!!

I didn't like his services at all. We got it back and I just wasn't happy with his work. I was very unsatisfied with his work. I wouldn't use him again. I wouldn't recommend him to fix my bike again. I used him back for my automobile; back in about June/July, up until the beginning of this year. I kept taking it back. I had to take it back but I haven't had any dealings with him since about January.

After years of nightmare service and repair experiences at the local dealership for our 2003 Cadillac, our neighbor recommended we try J and J Tire and Service. We took our Cadillac in to have the transmission oil changed, to check for other problems. Jacob Melton, owner, was very polite, gave us an estimate for the work we wanted done and said he would call us if they found any other problems. He called after his mechanic looked at the engine and informed us of a oil leak problem around a switch; we gave him the okay to replace it.
We were very impressed with the professionalism, the reasonable costs and the promptness of service. We feel so much better now that we have a reliable place to take our vechicles for service.

J and J was the third of three reputable local dealers I visited for an estimate. I was shopping for Goodyear Assurance ComfortTred tires only. I showed Jacob Melton, the owner, the previous two estimates. After studying the three estimates at home, I returned to J and J and purchased their tires and service.Service was prompt. Estimate was accurate. Mr. Melton provided a printout of the allignment data, both before and after the service. He explained Goodyear's current rebate, something Iwas totally unaware of until I came to pick up my car. A pleasant surprise, to say the least! At the same time, I sold a car on eBay. The buyer, in Michigan, tusted my judgement of Goodyear tire selection and J and J as a service provider. Mr. Melton provided the same competent service. He also inspected the brakes and, although he could have sold my trusting eBay buyer any number of additional brake parts and service, he said the brakes were fine.
