They worked as fast as possible. Had few tough spots with having to take out existing tile, leveling dips in floor, taking out old grease pit and covering grates. Did a great job and got it all done as stated.

Dave and Sean are very easy to work with. They were very responsive to our needs and any questions we had. When one of their workers had a medical emergency both Dave and Sean stepped-up and completed the job. All of their workers were courteous and professional. We are very happy with the quality of their work.

They moved the furniture out, relayed existing padding and carpet, and replaced the furniture. The workers were very professional and efficient. I would definitely use Inside and Out Custom Floors again.

The installation experience was obvious when they came to measure, discussing options for seaming based on carpet width and where I planned to put the furniture. From the moment I went in the store (slightly out of the way, found by recommendation from a friend) I received nothing but friendly, helpful service - sales through installation. Great, personable help choosing the right tile to fit my budget (and a great value...below big box price). A very professional job done on schedule with obvious attention to detail and to my happiness with the job. The entire sales and (hands-on) management team was always happy to answer my questions and respond to any questions or concerns. I absolutely recommend making the small effort to find Inside and Out (near the mall). Based on my experience selecting tile (even before it was installed) I also chose them for carpet, see separate review. I will use them again for any flooring needs.
