Found leak quickly and repaired.

Rick "Ricky" Freeman is great to work with... I texted him on Sunday evening and he was here on Monday at 10am. He got my AC working in a very short time. An hour after he left the thermostat turns off. Apparently the AC blew a fuse on the furnace and shut everything off. I called him again and he was back at the house within an hour. Ricky diagnosed the problem which wasn't easy since furnace is in the attic and there is no light and no room to work (on your back or side in must areas). After replacing the fuse Ricky went out of his way repairing a hole in air return duct that had been there for years, cleaning drip pan, and moving shutoff value out of the way, as well as other things. He spent an 1 1/2 working and when done he left shaking my hand with a smile and saying, "No Charge" for this trip. I argued briefly with him telling him the fuse blowing had nothing to do with original service call, but he just said no problem, still No Charge. This kind of service is what makes great entrepreneurs, not because he didn't charge me for the second service I would have gladly paid the same as with the first service call, but rather his work ethic and caring about his craft! I would highly recommend Rick Freeman for any HVAC repairs and replacements. RP

They have always done wonderful work but I have to write about one exceptional time. My outside unit went out and the owners wife fought for me because the unit was just out of warranty. Long story short, I got a new unit! I highly recommend Them

I've been told by a number of HVAC pros that the RPMs can be adjusted - even in this variable speed unit, to force the fan to work longer in hopes to draw more moisture out of the air. I'm also told more refrigerant will do the same thing. I'm just not sure who to trust to do this without gouging me on the cost.

Ricky Freeman is awesome! I called Heavenly Heir around 9:00 AM on a Tuesday morning and Ricky was able to come out that day. Air conditioner was fixed and running within 20 minutes of arriving! Great service and honest service!!

We called Mr. Freeman out to examine our condenser as we were concerned with it's performance.  While here, he inspected the interior unit as well.  He discovered that the condenser was leaking coolant and that the interior unit was corroded more than expected for a unit that was only 7 years old.  He was very informative, answering any questions we had as well as providing us with multiple options so that we could make an informed decision as to how to proceed.
Once we decided upon having the whole unit replaced, an appointment was set immediately.  His crew showed up AT the appointed time - which is a first for us given the number of contractors we've had to deal with since moving into our home 5 months ago.
They were very courteous and did not hesitate to ask my preference when a situation arose that required a choice to be made regarding the placement of something in/around my home.
They had a few challenges to meet here and there, but found ways to overcome them without costing me more money or additional work done to my home as a result.
Mr. Freeman pointed out that when they do a job either he or his son would be on the job to help and supervise the progress - which was a fact.
When the job was complete, we were asked if everything met our expectations and whether there was something we would like them to change or alter to suit our needs.  Then, Mr. Freeman returned the following day to personally examine the finished work and to verify that we were satisfied.
Finally, and again something that is rare, his crew actually cleaned up after themselves before leaving.
Thanks to them for their service.  I would highly recommend them to a neighbor and use their services again should the need arise.

My A/C quit on a hot summer morning in June. Thankfully, the installer had written his name and phone number on the outside of the heat exchanger (which my son-in-law recalled seeing during our home inspection). You have to admire someone who signs their work. I called the number and the original installer/company owner answered the phone. He actually remembered the house after seven years. He was in the neighborhood and said he could be there in an hour. Sure enough, he arrived on time. After I explained what symptoms I had observed, he knew exactly what component had failed, replaced the component and got my A/C back up and running within a short time. He also monitored the operation of both A/C units in my home; both the outside compressors and the attic heat exchangers for correct operation; an action I did not expect but was very pleased to have him do. A very nice and upfront guy I enjoyed talking with and would hire again without hesitation. Highly Recommended.

The process proceeded as described by HH during the initial visit to my home when HH provided a quote to me for the job. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew that installed the unit and have been quite satisfied with the performance of the unit.

The job was done when and how promised and I found the owner and his assistant not only to be very professional but very courteous and nice people as well. I would highly recommend them to others.
