"Thanks for taking the time to write us a review."
"Sir we went to court and I have the judgement. You didn't pay us to do the roof. It's sad someone with the money you have would lie and try to take advantage of a small bussiness."
Called Fiveash Renovation again 2/8/16 after not receiving a call back, spoke with Derek, who answered the phone, said he could make it out Wednesday 2/10/16 - Sent him the property address and request via text message, as requested in our phone conversation.
Called Fiveash Renovations 2/11/16 Thursday, after not hearing back again and LM to see if they went out/get their thoughts/estimate.
We never heard from Derek again and our renters said he never showed up. Taking Derek's word he was coming, we waited an entire week for him to follow through, which delayed the repairs needed. (Water was coming in through the roof and damaging interior walls.) We ended up going with a wonderful company out of Jacksonville. I have never given a negative review, but felt this was very unprofessional.
"Unfortunately we are a smaller company and I'm a Working Boss (I am on the roof shingling, painting, ect.... on the job performing the tasks for each project). Sometimes we get overwhelmed with calls for estimates or a job we are finishing up takes longer and I don't get a chance to call possible customers back. I apologize for this inconvenience and look to improve as much as possible."
"Thanks sir we enjoyed working with you and look forward to future projects you may have."
"We do the best we can to provide a great service and appreciate your business."
"Thanks and look forward to your future ideas and working with you on your future improvements."
"Thanks for working with us to take care of your roofing issues."
"Thanks for taking them time to write us a review. Looking forward to future projects."
"We removed the old door and reinstalled the one pre-hung frame.. Unaware that water backup up at the front door. The stucco under the seal off the door needed to be repaired due to previous workmanship pre-existing. Unknown to us. I offered two options. We were extremely busy at the time and couldn't get there fast enough and the result is this review."
"The job that your referring to was completed in 2012. You are just now complaining(?) As always, I try to maintain the highest skilled tradesman and it is my personal goal to address all my customer concerns. We appreciate you comments and concerns but due to the delayed complaint from 3 years ago, I couldn't fairly address your comments."
"I apologize for the inconvenience we had a lot of calls last month and I might have looked over your quote or might have sent it via email and you never received. I will look up and check just to be sure and look to improve getting back with customers in a more timely manner. thanks"
"Thanks for taking them time to write us a review."
"Glad to hear you were happy with our work and we apologize to hear about your things. I haven't had any issues with things getting taken except a random broom or rake that gets loaded on accident and we return them. If we can do anything to help just let me know. Thanks"
and asked for an estimate on a roof repair although they did contact me
back they never showed up for the estimate as planned and they never
called me back to reschedule or say they are sorry for NOT showing up
"Apologize for the inconvenience. We have been overwheled with quotes. Being a smaller company we sometimes get more calls for estimates than we can take care of."
"Thanks for the great review. Look forward to future projects."
"Thanks (Member name removed) we enjoyed working with you and hope you enjoy your new roof."

"Thanks. We enjoyed working with you."
"Glad we could help."
"Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We try and ensure when we leave a roof job there isn't any nails or trash from removing the old roof and installing the new one left in the driveway or yard. We also try to blow the roof off once were finished to know it looks clean once we leave. We look forward to any future projects you might have."
"I sent the quote through email. Some times emails have become an issue. I will have to start calling customers once I send the quote to make sure they receive them. Thank you."
"Thank You!"
