Best experience ever!! Within 24 hours I was contacted, given an in person evaluation and quote, and project completed!! Very professional in every way possible way!

The provided thermostat was very basic, the programming was not enabled or explained, used a YouTube video to figure it out

They were very professional, and they were the cheapest of three quotes. Corbitt Heating and Air is the first place I will call or recommend when A/C repairs are needed.

One of the few companies open on Sunday in coastal Georgia. The owner personally came to my house and check the a/c system. Gave me a quote and Monday noon, my brand new cooling system was running. They finished the project on time. But the real measure of a great company is their after sales service. We'll keep you posted when that time come. For now, I'm satisfied with their performance.

Good install but they never came back to remove thrash and never sent me any manuals or information on the unit. They said they would be back to pick up debris and drop off a user manual but did nit come back. I finally cleaned up the mess but still do not have a manual. System seems to be working well.

Changing central unit coil, the labor is very expensive.

Didn't need replacement-just cleaning. They saved me a ton of money and were very honest.

The Good: � They responded to my service request within 10 Minutes. � They installed a quality system the next day, at a reasonable price. The Bad: � Their profile says they accept credit cards however they charged me a 3% sur-charge to use my card. � They left a mess in my attic that I had to clean up. � Corbitt was unable to program thermostat. It took 2 weeks and then finally someone from Carrier came and properly programmed my thermostat. � Less than 5 months after installation I had water in my overflow pan in the attic. I called but Corbitt was too busy to come. He said �Usually I clean that drain pipe when I do the install, I don�t believe I cleaned yours�. He did however give me some �pointers� on how to fix the problem myself. � Fast forward one year, the unit outside is very noisy, sounds like a Mack truck is parked next to my house. In addition, the overflow pan in attic is once again full of water. Called Corbitt Sunday on his cell and left a message, 30 hours later (Monday afternoon) I finally got him on the phone. He said he did not hear my message from the previous day. He said he would call at 11:00am the next day (Tuesday) and try to make it up to Savannah to take a look. He did not call, I called him at 12:30, 1:45 and 3:00, and all calls went to his voicemail. Frustrated, I called a third party who knew him and within 10 minutes I got a call from his office lady (Wife) saying he was busy and would be unable to come until Thursday afternoon. I gave her my cell, my wife�s cell, my wife�s work number and our house number. I also sent an email to his email and to their �contact us� on their website explaining my concerns about the noise and the water in the attic and asked that they please contact us on Thursday as they said they would. I was out of town on business, got a call from my wife on Thursday at 4:55pm saying no one has contacted her. So, I called his office and spoke with the same lady who said he would come on Thursday to look at the system. She said he was busy, I asked if she did or did not tell me he would come on that day. I did not get a straight answer. I then repeatedly asked her if I need to find someone else to service my A/C system. After a few minutes of back and forth, she finally hung up in my ear. 4 days after my original call and still, no call/no show from Corbitt and when I called and asked for an explanation I was hung up on. Very unprofessional.

They were very professional and fast. A new system was installed within 24 hours. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Corbitt Heating and Air.

The technician (John) was able to service the house and give me an estimate of the job he would perform. I was amazed of the price compared to other companies that I immediately gave him a GO. In less than 12 hours the installation was complete. Thank you and Great Job!!!

Mr. Corbitt responded to my inquiry early the next morning. He drove a long distance to look over what I was inquiring about that same afternoon. I was inquiring about the installation of a mini-split system for an older house. After seeing what I had, he convinced me it was not feasible to install this system. We decided to go with a central heat and air system, Mr. Corbitt is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Mr. Corbitt was very professional and easy to talk to. Had to call him several times with questions and he took his time to explain everything. We decided on a new AC unit and he gave me the best quote on this unit out of four competitors. It was installed the next day, and we received our extented warranty forms in the mail 2 weeks later.

On-the-ball operaiion. VERY impressive, probably very responsive to service requests. Installation probs: Did not tidy up the site; left serious air cracks unit-to-house. Otherwise: EX-CELLENT!

The gentlemen were very presentable, took out the furnace and removed it to another area. I was very pleased with their work.

I want to thank you for the quality workmenship and the speed in which the work was completed. Very well done. One problem, the installer said there was a problem with the thermostat control not being able to turn on the heater. He said it could be a factory defect and would be replace the next time they came to Hinesville. I was wondering when this will happen ? Clifford

Scott Corbitt called me promptly the same day (Friday) and made an appointment to come out that day. He was prompt, professional, and explained all my options. He answered all my questions and explained what the work would detail. He gave me an estimate for replacing my heat pump. Of the four companies that I had contacted for an estimate, Corbitt Heating and Air, LLC gave me the best options and price. Scott returned the next day (Saturday) and replaced my heat pump. He called today (Tuesday) to inform me of a rebate on the heat pump that I bought saving me an additional $200. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!!
