He put in the least expensive sod, and since we moved here from Arizona, we didn't realize it until  it began to die.  We found out that the particular sod doesn't grow in the shade.  He put shrubs too closely together and some of them needed more sun than was in the area.  He was very hard to get hold of and rarely came when he said he would.  We would have to call him several times to get him to show up.  I was disgusted at the way he talked to his workers--very abusive and rude.  I am just sick that we are going to have to replace the grass in our back yard.  We are retired, and are not made of money.  I don't know what we are going to do.

Excellent experience that is on-going.  Once the design was completed and plant materials identified Gregg Daniel and his team worked with the various wholesale suppliers to procure exactly what I wanted, size, variety, etc.  The planting areas were excavated and prepared, plants delivered, and 90% was planted within a 2 day period.  On a weekly bases Gregg sends a team to prune and clean up the garden areas as needed.  Gregg's pricing is competitive, service and responsiveness excellent.  I highly recommend Complete Coverage Irrigation and Landscaping.

The experience has been excellent.  They arrived on the day of installation with multiple truckloads of plant material.  They cleaned and prepped the site for planting and finished the bulk of it in a day.  They then set up the irrigation zones and timers and we were off and running.  The team was thorough, prompt, and courteous.  The follow-up maintenance has also been timely, and Gregg is incredibly responsive.  We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Gregg Daniel and his team.
