We were referred to John DuBose through Navy Federal's Realty Plus program. They offer cash back for using their referred real estate agents. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with John. He was very helpful and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see. He had his own listings to sell, but we never felt pressured into them over any of the other houses on the market. Whenever I had questions, he was able to answer them or find me an answer. He walked us through all the steps of the appraisal, offer/counteroffer, and inspection. This was our first home purchase, and John really made it a stress-free experience. If we were to buy another house in the area, I would definitely look him up again.
