Coffey Electric

In March of this year, we called Coffey Electric to perform some work on the main breaker box at my Father-in-Law's house.   They arrived promptly; determined what the problem was; and made repairs.  Their service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.
Today, the main breaker tripped and would not reset.  With temperatures in the 90's, and a one week old baby in the house, I called Coffey again.  Despite it being 3 pm on a holiday weekend Friday, the technician (Stacy) arrived within 45 minutes.  He was polite, professional, and quickly determined that the main breaker had finally given up the ghost.  There was also an issue with corrosion on the buss bars inside the main breaker box.
Within two hours, full repairs were complete; we had a new main breaker box; and we had power again.
This is the second time we have had an emergent need for residential electrical repairs, and both times, Coffey Electric has impressed us with their near-immediate response; professional service; and reasonable prices.  We would, and will, highly recommend Coffey Electric to anyone who has need of electrical work in the Camden / Glynn County area.



 

The power went out at my father-in-law's house, and we were able to determine that the likely cause was the main breaker coming in to the house.  My father-in-law is a disabled veteran, and could not handle this issue himself.  I called several local electrical service companies, but none were able to respond on short notice, if even that same day.  I called Coffey Electric and explained my dilemma.  Within an hour, a Service Technician arrived, confirmed our suspicions, and completed repairs to the main breaker.  From beginning to end, I was beyond impressed by the concern, service, and extremely reasonable rate for what was a "household crisis" for us.  My problem became their problem, and they handled it as if it were one of their own family members in distress.  You don't find that level of customer service very often anymore, but I found it there.  If I ever need any electrical work done again, I will make one phone call.  To Coffey Electric.
