Membrane roof still leaks, the tile roof was not fully repaired, rotten wood was not replaced, still leaks when it rains, supposedto be licensed, by the state, I will be checking that next and will up date you

The first few times I used this company, the work was pretty good. The price was fair. I had a roof vent put on my house that time. I also have a house I manage. I had them seal the roof on the front porch, which was leaking. The leak came back. They came back again. Said they were going to use a better sealant and that would take care of the problem. The leak came back. I had a different contractor look at it. He had me come up on the roof with him and showed me the wood underneath the window was rotted so badly that you could push your finger through it. This is the area Coastal Roofing had sealed twice. They never told me about the rotted wood. This is where the leak was. I called the owner, Alfred, today and politely brought this to his attention. He became very irate with me, called me names and even threatened to beat me up. Needless to say, I will never use them again and am suggesting to everyone I know not to use them either. Prior to this experience, I had them fix some leaking gutters on the same house. They continued to leak. After promising to come back and fix it for two weeks straight, I finally got them to refund me $250.00 of the $500.00 I paid them. I paid another contractor to do the repairs correctly and it has not leaked again.
