Unlike many other companies that I have contacted, this company actually has someone in the office to pick up your calls or to call you back. I am not joking. The office manager was very kind, professional and organized.
My house is a bit old and the central heating does not heat the entire house. The technician came to the house to give me an estimate and he also took the time to explain what the problem was and how he would fix it.
