The two young fellows showed me what they found, explained what they did to fix it, and offered other suggestions to help avoid related problems. Respectful, thorough, and professional.

The repairmen were courteous and their work was good, but the office staff was rude, and the service was not punctual. When we called first thing in the morning, we were told they were in our neighborhood and would send someone right out. No one came until late afternoon. Then the repairman explained he would have to order the part, but could come back the next morning. We had to call three times, and again, no one came until late afternoon. Fortunately, our problem is fixed, but due to rudeness, non-punctual repairmen, and what seems to be a comparatively high cost, I would not recommend them to anyone.

CE does excellent work. CE's prices for AC installations or work is very competitive, but if you need any electrical work done they are very expensive as they charge a minimum response fees and the labor is added to that. It would be best to use them for electrical work only if you have a  lot of work for them. CE is very reputable and their work is excellent. They always have showed up on time.

I previously received an estimate from another company for $15k; they completely lied to me about what was wrong. Certified Electric were honest from the start - this replacement only cost $4k and the gentlemen who performed the install were on time, courteous, respectful, kept their work space clean and charged me precisely what was quoted.

Scheduling the service call was amazing. Renee was extremely pleasant on the phone and had someone to my house within 3 hours on the same day even though it wasn't an emergency! I was delighted. The 2 men that showed up were professional and very respectful; they listened to my concerns and promptly began their investigation. Within 20 minutes they reassured me that the electrical current was measuring normal and diagnosed the problems with my fixtures as being switch related. They also suggested I buy 130 volt lightbulbs for my can lights so that my 65 watt bulbs would last longer. I couldn't be happier with the service or knowledge of the technicians. They finished promptly and payment was easy. I will definitely use this company again for any electrical, duct or HVAC issues.
