In the past, replaced a compressor that immediately failed two times because of bad parts and stood behind the warranty and replaced it again and again without any cost.
Yes, they are pricy (probably using Chilton rates or equivalent) but they do what they say they will do in a relatively quick time frame and stand behind their work.
Will definitely trade here again.
Last week I was off and decided this was a good time. Because of wear, tear, and age an additional part needed to be replaced. Midafternoon I received a telephone call of apology that the part that was promised had not yet arrived and was it possible for them to keep the car overnight. I made the arrangements and the work was completed by noon the following name as promised.
The noticed that I was also due for my regular oil change and accomplished that as well. My vehicles are extremely were cared for by the people at this locally owned, family business. They have also taken care of my daughters vehicle since they were teens with their first vehicles and unto today. We cannot say enough positive things about this business, its owner and its employees. Thank you for the opportunity to say good things about good people.
