They showed up on time, cost was worth the job. she actually did lil more than originally showed as i had taken down 2 shelves that was on wall and asked her to patch holes and paint over and she did even though she had already painted that area.

Tina and her team were friendly, delivered the house repairs as efficiently as weather allowed. They also cleaned up the demolition debris to the area we requested. They were extremely patient with my disabled husband. I am going to hire them again.

They were easy to work with and communications were good. They did create a few splatters of paint on the floor but overall we are very happy with the job and will hire them again for some additional work.

A Woman’s Touch Painting delivered top notch work. They made sure that everything was in order and complete. Tina has high expectations for her team and it shows in the work they deliver. When Tina did the the work it was good.; however, when it was delegated to the young adults it suffered significantly and had to be re-done. The communication was poor in that the painters did not show on many days they were scheduled and did not call. Sometimes weather was an issue, but there was definitely one day when it was not. If you opt to use this business, insist on having Tina around and involved in the painting process. Arrange for ongoing communication and daily walk throughs. I would also suggest insisting on the use of drop cloths and taping of major areas (such as glass doors) to prevent overspray. Make certain to put things in writing as Tina's enthusiasm is genuine but does not translate into the work of her younger team, especially when they are unsupervised. I would also say no smoking on the premises, but that is my bias about cigarette butts in the yard. Essentially communication, delegation and supervision were barriers to our project. On the bright side the staff was personable and friendly.
