We have a 10 year termite control contract with them. They always come out whenever I call them and if I see anything suspicious. They are local and do not take long to come whenever I call them. They always answer whenever I call and they call back. The same gentleman comes and I know him by his first name, Keith. They provide a good service.

A-1 provides monthly exterminator service at our 48 unit condo complex on Saint Simons Island. They have provided this service for our complex for over 10 years. Very easy to work with.

They are flexible, knowledgeable and he always answers his phone. He's always very friendly. I don't know if it's the same person that services the whole area. We have a contract and if they ever find any termites they pay for the damage.
