The owner, William Souder, is an experienced, knowledgeable, professional who helps customers understand the issues and solutions to deal with complex land issues. I had problems with flooding from a creek one house over and they built a sturdy block wall raising and leveling my yard. He uncovered a foundation issue which required moving plumbing besides block and concrete work. I had extreme kudzu, buried trash, weeds for a lawn, a broken up small driveway. Now my little Westside bungalow on a .25 acre lot looks like it should be in Buckhead! His team are the hardest working men I’ve ever hired. I highly recommend hiring Southeastern Land Management.

I hired Southeastern Land Management for a landscaping project that included installing Yard drains, replacing the soil throughout the yard and resodding the entire property - and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was responsive, punctual and extremely detail oriented. The gutter installation was seamless and immediately improved drainage around the foundations and no more soggy water spots in the backyard. For the lawn, they did a clean excavation and disposal and brought in nutrient-rich soil that completely transformed the health of the yard. Southeastern Land Management exceeded my expectations when it came to helping my facilities (child care centers) at Big Blue Marble Academy. They are professional, efficient, courteous, and most importantly work with integrity. I highly recommend them.

They missed an appointment on July 10 due to auto trouble. Waited a week to be rescheduled and I didn’t hear from anyone. I sent the company a text. Received a reply back stating they would come out on July 18 at 1:30pm. At 1:40pm, I received a text that they were running behind and he offered to buy me dinner. I declined the dinner and just asked that they show up. Well, sadly no one ever showed up. I sent 2 more follow up texts and never received a response. They also removed their business from Thumbtack so I could not notify Thumbtack. I have no more days to take off and no more time to waste waiting on this company. I would not recommend this company at all!! Glad to see they are not reliable before I ever had the chance to do any business with them!!!
