Since nothing was wrong with the system, the whole job went very quickly. Took less than an hour. I was able to watch and ask questions.

Called Monday morning, got an appointment for 9am next day, they showed up 10 mins early... pumped the tank and about an hour later or less all done :-) No sales pitch, no drama, just great service at a great price! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with professionalism of company, from the person answering the phone to the technician doing the work (Xavier, I believe was his name).  I wasn't actually at home at the time, but my son was here and also relayed that they were very polite.  They located the tank quickly, had it dug up and cleaned out and were finished within about an hour, hour and a half.  Originally they said they would be here between 10 am and noon...they were there closer to 9:30am (always nice to have an earlier visit when you are waiting for a septic system to become operational again!)

The price was VERY nice...the previous owners of our home had the tank emptied when we bought it almost exactly 6 years ago, and back then the price was more like $350 from another company...I was expecting the price would be closer to $400 or more now.  Very, very pleased and I'll be calling Rylander again...this time I'll probably call at the 4 year mark so I don't risk a full tank again.  Thanks, guys!

They were on time , found the septic tank , backed the truck in , unhitched their backhoe which bogged down in the saturated yard . They hand dug to find the inlet and outlet , they were knowledgeable and didn't mind answering questions . They were professional and finished within an hour and a half . I would/will call them again , good job .
