Friendly before and during the job. Reasonable price. Very good work on interior rooms. BUT, I expected them to know how to apply the deck sealant, or at least read and follow the directions on the label. They did neither. By improperly applying the material, it was tacky for two weeks. Then it broke down and required removal by sanding and reapplication. The material was not at fault. But it required a specific application technique which was not followed. Duffy refused to address the problem at all. I finally had to hire someone else to fix their mistake, at a cost much higher than the original application.
