A whole-house window replacement job sounds very disruptive, but it doesn't have to be. Capitol Glass Inc. provides thorough, precise and beautiful window replacements at a very fair price. Bill is more than responsive and punctual, but also patient. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to delay our job but Capitol Glass Inc. honored their original quote and was very accommodating regarding scheduling. The on-site process was well-planned and completely flawless. We are extremely happy with our new windows and the manner in which Capitol Glass Inc. conducts business. Perfectly professional.

I would use them again. He will be my go-to guy because he is only 8 miles from my house. He did a great job.

The experience went better than expected. The guy that does it is extremely professional, he was pleasant to work with and when he says he will be there he is there. He works quickly and efficiently. he does what he says he does. I've referred him to others. I had other estimates, but because of the architectural integrity of my home I didn't want vinyl windows, I have wood windows. Other companies wouldn't guarantee their work, but he does.

Bill, the owner, is very professional. He is very knowledgeable about his work, and cleans up after himself. Of the three windows that were fogged, after glass replacement, two windows show absolutely no evidence of being worked on. They appear to be brand new with nothing more required of us when Bill left the job. One window was in a sliding glass door and was a particularly difficult replacement. There is only minor chipped paint around the window that we'll have to touch up. My only regret is that we first tried the new "defogging" technique that was offered by another company to try to improve our broken-sealed windows. This did absolutely n-o-t-h-i-n-g to improve the look of our fogged windows, and if anything, it actually made the windows appear to be worse. We even waited the requisite 6 weeks to "see" the improvement after the defogging system was used. Called, got a "free" retreat, and waited another 6 weeks only to see our windows get worse. Save your money and just have the glass replaced!

This is a very cost efficient way of replacing windows without having to actually replace the entire window, but just the glass. He has a machine that is able to work with the pressured air of a double paned window and the end result was brand new windows which work perfectly. We are very happy with the cost as this could have been a full replacement and a bill a great deal larger than what we paid.
