We purchased this home from a bank which had foreclosed on the property. The house was in some disrepair including the need to freshen the interior and exterior paint. We asked our Real Estate Broker (Mary Bognar, Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties, St Cloud, 407-709-4035), whom we had learned to trust, to recommend someone to do all the interior and exterior work needed. Mary recommended two companies and both prepared estimates for us. After meeting with them we selected Advantage Services to handle the entire job. Advantage Services is a family owned business and owner Victor Jimenez was joined most days by his son (also named Victor) and on occasion by his father (also named Victor). He also employed additional people as needed. We became very enthusiastic about working with Advantage Services and how completely honest and trustworthy they were. We gave them keys to the house and they came and went as they needed. During the job we decided to add a bedroom, a project Victor was not licensed to do. Victor found us a very good general contractor who applied for a got our building permit and created the new room from part of the old eat in kitchen. We are extremely pleased with Advantage Services work and will use them again. Their work was done professionally at all times and completed on time. When we added jobs for them to do they were very fast in getting us additional estimates and sticking to the prices they quoted.

Mary gave us two recommendations. We asked each for an estimate and felt instantly comfortable with Advance Services (Victor Jimenez). They came out and looked at the house and listened to our plans. The next day we received their proposal for both the inside and outside work and they started two days later. (We give detail on the inside work under the handyman classification). We were very pleased with their services, would highly recommend them and will use them again.
