UP CLOSE HOME INSPECTIONS

We needed a home inspection on an older home that we knew had the potential to have a lot of problems, so I wanted a home inspector who could accurately evaluate things like the old wall space heating system and the condition of the electrical system. Because I don't know the area, I chose Mr. Patrick based on his certification in ASHI -- the American Society of Home Inspectors -- because I trust the training and credentials they provide. They didn't disappoint me. Mr. Patrick was a professional every step of the way. He was ready and waiting when we arrived at the house. He provided a good verbal overview of the major issues at the inspection and pointed out particular examples. His written inspection was emailed to us promptly and was clearly written with great photos that gave us the added benefit of being able to see the basic conditions of the crawl space and attic without having to get in there ourselves. An objective, thorough and accurate assessment of the home's condition for a very reasonably price.
